Group Session Hypnosis: Meet a Guide or Guardian Angel

This session will include an introduction to hypnosis, some visualization exercises and you will meet your guide or guardian angel. Wear comfy clothing, bring a yoga mat if you wish, please bring a paper and pencil and a friend. Participants must be 18 or older. Wear hearing aids, if you use them.
