Thai food is traditionally a spicy, simple food. In this class we will make one spicy entrée, but will explore other flavors for those who like a little less heat. Recipes we will make include: Pad Thai, roti dough, and chicken ginger soup. Send your taste buds on an exotic vacation, no passport required. Additional supply fee of $20 is due to the instructor at class time.
