Students will participate in a collaborative, family-style environment where food is used as a bridge to build community and connection. Each day is structured around the shared experience of planning, cooking, and enjoying nutritious lunches and snacks together in a professional lab setting. Between these communal meal times, students will dive into "Babysitting Prep," exploring human development and the practicalities of money management, including earning, spending, and saving. The session also features interactive workshops focused on navigating peer relationships, helping students develop the communication skills necessary to foster healthy behaviors and positive social connections.
