Explore the cities Amtrak serves (over 500) in 46 states and 2 provinces in Canada. Randy will have many handouts and talk about his 10 years of Amtrak Travel, covering 21 different train trips and almost 91,000 miles. He will not sugarcoat it but will give you the good and bad. He will tell you what to bring, what you can eat on the train, and what not to do. He will talk about the Amtrak website, how to make reservations, and which Facebook pages you may want to join. You will see the different cars and the two different kinds of trains you can take. He will show some videos and conduct the class as an open class, meaning you may ask questions whenever you want. After the class, he will make his phone number and email address available to the class for future help making reservations and to answer any questions that you might have.
