Instructors: Ron Weber and Bill Majewski Making your own paddle is a great way to personalize your paddling experience. This class offers materials, instruction, and design help so that you can make your own canoe paddle. Choose bent or straight-shafted, with either solid or laminated construction. There will be work time during class, but participants should plan on also working from home. Materials and gluing extra charge discussed in class (about $30). Minimum age 16 with adult supervision.

Build your backyard/garden sanctuary with a new home for the bats. We'll supply materials, ideas, and proven designs to make this happen. Please bring an additional materials fee of $10-15/ project for the instructor. Youth under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. $15 material fee due to instructor at time of class.

An intro to stick and cane carving. Carving tools, techniques and stick selection. Bring any tools you may have or use ones provided in class. Variety of sticks and highlighting options. Sticks can be purchased in class for $8 ea.
