Instructor: Laurie Pinther This class is for you! You don't need any art experience as this is an experimental process that allows you to be creative and expressive. This is a fun class to learn how to combine mixed media layers to create art. We will explore several mixed media techniques and practice creating layers using a variety of tools and art supplies to experiment with color and texture to create your one of a kind art projects (many to choose from or bring your own project or art journal). Additional supply fee of $25 due to the instructor at class (cash or check).

Instructor: Deb Hannu Want to learn about composition and color? How to ‘get started’ with a painting? What types of paints are out there, and what’s best for what purpose? We’ll focus on COLOR, as well as experiment with some tips, tricks and techniques as you dip a brush into the world of painting. (Recommend taking Drawing first!) If you have painting supplies that you’d like to use, feel free to bring them along. We will have materials here for you to use as well. You can also choose to order a kit to take home for an additional cost if you wish (info available the first night of class). Additional $15 supply fee/student (payable to instructor the first night).
