TAI CHI & QIGONG GENTLE EXERCISESHealth & Wellness/LifestyleIn this class we will explore a variety of ancient Chinese movements and breathing exercises of Tai Chi Chuan and Qigong. They are geared towards promoting balance, proper breathing, relaxation, better circulation and increased energy. We will practice a variety of walking, standing, and sitting exercises.
