Instructor: Richie Townsend In this class we will explore a variety of ancient Chinese movements and breathing exercises of Tai Chi Chuan and Qigong. They are geared towards promoting balance, proper breathing, relaxation, better circulation and increased energy. We will practice a variety of walking, standing, and sitting exercises. These gentle exercises are easy to learn and practice, and having fun learning them is the highest priority. Wear loose fitting, comfortable clothes. Enrollment is limited.
